Qualifications

• 2-3 years of automotive experience preferred
• Factory Training preferred but not required
• Self-motivated to be productive
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• General mechanical skills
• Brand-specific training/certification preferred but not required
• Safety and Emissions certification preferred but not required
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Address customer's primary concerns effectively
• Document causes and corrections in the DMS thoroughly
• Perform tasks on repair orders efficiently and to outlined standards
• Conduct a quality Multi-Point Inspection and record results
• Communicate effectively with Service and Parts Advisors
• Notify Service Advisor of any issues causing delays
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Complete Factory Web Training promptly and stay updated
• Respect and maintain cleanliness of customer's vehicle
