  • Use and maintain personal tools and shop equipment properly
  • Communicate repair needs clearly with Service Advisors, Parts, and Management
  • Follow safety protocols including team lifting procedures
  • Complete all required Ford training and stay updated on technical bulletins
  • Support additional service operations as needed

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform vehicle diagnostics, services, and repairs in accordance with Ford and industry standards
  • Complete accurate multi-point inspections and properly document findings
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and return vehicles in clean condition
  • Properly use and maintain personal tools and shop equipment
  • Communicate repair needs clearly with Service Advisors, Parts, and Management
  • Follow all safety protocols, including team lifting procedures
  • Complete all required Ford training and stay current on technical updates and bulletins
  • Adhere to dealership policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Support additional service operations as needed
