Full Job Description
A Leadership Opportunity for an Experienced Fixed Operations Professional

Andrews Cadillac Brentwood is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead one of the most important departments in our organization.

We are looking for a proven leader who understands how to run a high-performing service operation, develop people, recruit technicians, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and build a culture employees want to be part of.

What We Are Looking For

The right person will be a leader of people, not simply a manager of processes. We believe the strongest teams are led through influence, accountability, communication, consistency, and respect - not authority alone. We want someone who sets high expectations, holds people accountable, and also earns the trust and respect of the team.

This individual should have a track record of:
• Leading a high-performing automotive service department
• Delivering a world-class customer experience
• Recruiting and retaining talented technicians
• Developing Service Advisors, technicians, and future leaders
• Creating a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture
• Improving technician productivity, efficiency, and overall shop throughput
• Maintaining strong communication between advisors, technicians, parts, sales, and dealership leadership
• Managing CSI and customer concerns at a high level
• Understanding departmental financials, labor performance, warranty operations, expense control, and profitability
• Building processes that improve the customer and employee experience without losing the personal touch that separates a great dealership from an average one

Leadership Matters Here

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building a team. You should be comfortable recognizing great performance, coaching when improvement is needed, having difficult conversations when necessary, and helping employees understand how their individual performance contributes to the success of the entire department.

Recruiting will also be a major part of this position. We want a Service Manager who is willing to actively recruit, build relationships, develop technicians, and make Andrews Cadillac a destination for the best automotive professionals in the market.

Required Experience

Candidates must have at least five years of automotive service management experience. Luxury dealership, Cadillac, General Motors, or high-volume dealership experience is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will also have:
• A proven history of leading and retaining successful teams
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience recruiting automotive technicians
• Strong understanding of dealership service operations and financial performance
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• The ability to establish accountability while maintaining a positive workplace culture
• A professional presence appropriate for a luxury automotive environment

The person selected for this position will have the opportunity to lead an established Cadillac service operation with the support of an experienced leadership team and the ability to put their own positive influence on the department.

We are looking for someone who doesn't simply want their next job. We are looking for someone who wants to build a team, develop people, grow the business, protect a great reputation, and become an important part of the future of Andrews Cadillac.

If you are an experienced automotive service leader who believes in accountability, teamwork, customer service, and leading people the right way, we would like to hear from you.
