Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and respected Shop Foreman to help lead the daily performance of the service department by supporting technicians, improving shop efficiency, and helping ensure repairs are completed properly, safely, and on time.

This is a key leadership role for someone who combines advanced technical ability with the judgment, professionalism, and accountability needed to support both the service team and the overall business objectives of the dealership.

What You Will Do
  • Lead the daily workflow of the shop, ensuring efficient dispatching and proper alignment of work to technician skill level.

What We Are Looking For
  • Advanced automotive diagnostic and repair experience required.
  • Prior leadership experience as a Shop Foreman, Lead Technician, or similar role preferred.
  • Strong understanding of dealership service operations and workflow.
  • Proven ability to support and develop technicians through coaching and technical leadership.
  • High level of accountability for repair quality and shop performance.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across service, parts, and management teams.
  • Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manufacturer certifications and/or ASE certifications preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Pay: $70,300 - $190,300 / year is the expected total annual earnings after factoring in all forms of compensation including hourly pay, bonuses, overtime, benefits (vacation and sick) etc. Employees in this position will be a salary of $70,300. Bonuses range from $0 - $120,000 per year based on performance.

The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type and years of experience within the industry, education, etc.
