Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive service managerial experience required.

Responsibilities

• Forecast goals and objectives for the service department.
• Hire, train, motivate and monitor service department team members.
• Prepare and manage the annual operating budget for the department.
• Maintain required reporting systems for general management and the factory.
• Attend manager meetings to participate in strategic discussions.
• Provide technical assistance to employees when needed.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and fairly.
• Ensure proper maintenance and repair of shop equipment.
• Enforce safety policies among service department employees.
