Your Mission:- Welcome customers and create an exceptional first impression.
- Listen to customer concerns and guide them toward the best repair solutions.
- Perform vehicle walkarounds and assist with vehicle assessments.
- Coordinate repairs and communicate clearly throughout the service process.
- Provide accurate estimates for labor, parts, and repair timelines.
- Maintain customer satisfaction scores in accordance with Stellantis standards.
- Build lasting relationships that keep customers returning for years to come.
What We're Looking For- Minimum 2 years of Service Advisor experience.
- At least 1 year in a Stellantis dealership using WI Advisor.
- Proven success in automotive service sales and customer satisfaction.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
