What You'll DoAs a General Motors Sales Associate, you'll guide customers through an exceptional vehicle-buying experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:- Follow and execute the dealership's proven sales process
- Prospect and develop new customer relationships
- Manage the entire sales experience from initial contact to vehicle delivery
- Showcase and demonstrate our new and pre-owned vehicle inventory
- Maintain and update inventory and customer records
- Utilize CRM tools to effectively manage leads and customer follow-up
- Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and certifications
- Create strategies to grow market share and personal sales performance
- Work closely with sales leadership to achieve monthly goals
- Deliver outstanding customer service while meeting dealership performance standards
What We're Looking ForPreferred Qualifications:- Sales, customer service, or automotive experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and self-driven personality
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
