What You'll Do:- Greet and assist customers throughout the vehicle buying process
- Build rapport and understand customer needs to recommend the right vehicle
- Conduct test drives and present vehicle features and benefits
- Negotiate pricing and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships for repeat/referral business
- Stay current on inventory, promotions, and financing options
- Stay current on upcoming model enhancements, Honda Training and incoming Preowned Inventory
What You Need:- Prior sales experience preferred (automotive sales a plus, but not required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High Energy, Self-motivated person with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Valid CA Sales License (No Sales License? No worries we can guide you!)
- Ability to work evenings/weekends
