Qualifications

  • Progressive experience in vehicle retail sales.
  • Experience in a supervisory role is an asset.
  • Valid Ontario Driver's License with a Clean Drivers Abstract.
  • OMVIC Certification is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build and coach the Sales Team to meet objectives and goals.
  • Mentor and train Brand Ambassadors to assist customers and structure deals.
  • Oversee Compliance Administrators to ensure accurate paperwork completion and funding processing.
  • Implement the Pfaff sales model and assist in executing the One Price/One Touch sales processes.
  • Evaluate customer interactions through 'fly-bys' to enhance rapport.

Automotive Sales Manager

AsaSalesManager,youwillberesponsible forleading, coaching and motivating a team and working directly with employees and customers toprovidean amazing purchasing experience.

HereYoube Doing:

  • Build and coachthe Sales Team towards achievement of expectations,objectivesand goals.

  • Coach,mentorand train Brand Ambassadors toassistcustomers, answer questions, structuredealsand/or payments.

  • Oversees the Compliance Administrators to ensure paperwork is completed accurately, funding processedpost deliveryand follow up of factory incentives/receivables.

  • Follows the Pfaff sales model training of One Price and/or One Touch sales process andassistsin the execution of this process for all Brand Ambassadors including performing flybys with customers to build rapport.

  • Other duties asrequired.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Progressive experience in vehicle retail sales.

  • Experience in a supervisory role is an asset.

  • Valid OntarioDriversLicense and a Clean Drivers Abstract.

  • OMVIC Certification.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written English) and customer service skills.

Pay: 120k -160k annually
