The Store Manager is the
leader of the shop. They are customer-facing, responsible for managing workflow, profitability, and overall team performance.
Maximize Profitability & Sales Growth: Achieve monthly targets for Gross Profit, Tires, Financing, Car Count etc.
Drive Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient workflow, proper staffing, and adherence to repair order process
Responsibilities:- Write and review repair orders, estimates, and inspections.
- Dispatch and prioritize jobs to ensure every vehicle is inspected & presented within 45 minutes.
- Sell recommended services and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Train and manage Service Advisors, CSRs, and Technicians.
- Monitor KPIs like technician productivity, first-time fix rate, and service time.
- Conduct meetings, set goals, and drive sales performance.
- Control expenses (parts, labor, warranty claims, comebacks).
- Manage inventory, parts ordering, and vendor returns.
- Oversee compliance, safety, and shop appearance.
Qualifications- 5 years Automotive Retail sales and/or management experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
- Valid driver's license

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
