Susquehanna Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded background in automotive sales, a proven ability to meet and exceed performance goals, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

We are looking for a leader who is confident overcoming objections, thrives in a fast-paced environment, pays close attention to detail, and is committed to developing both themselves and those around them. Success in this role requires balancing high sales performance, strong operational execution, and outstanding customer satisfaction.

This is a performance-based compensation position with income driven by production, profitability, finance product penetration, and achieving department goals. Annual Income expectations based on historical sales data is 100k-135K. Previous management and finance experience within the automotive industry is preferred but not required.
