Dealership Experience RequiredWhat You'll Do- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Drive results through effective sales strategies and accountability
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
- Structure deals and oversee paperwork and compliance
- Maximize profitability on every transaction
- Assist with finance operations as needed
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve dealership goals
What We're Looking For- Minimum 3+ years Automotive Sales or Finance Management experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Results-driven with high energy and motivation
- Knowledge of CRM systems and dealership operations
- Used car buying/appraising experience is a plus
- OEM certifications are a plus
- Flexible schedule, including weekends
- High School Diploma or GED required (College degree a plus)
