Cable Dahmer is hiring a Sales Consultant to join our growing automotive sales team.
The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, comfortable working with people, and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced team environment. If you have a background in
customer service,
hospitality,
retail, or another
people-focused role, we'd love to hear from you.
Automotive experience is not required - we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.With steady customer traffic, inbound leads, and hands-on leadership support, this role offers the opportunity to develop your skills while building a strong and consistent income.
Key Responsibilities - Manage the full automotive sales process from initial customer interaction through vehicle delivery
- Provide a professional, consultative sales experience, understanding customer needs and guiding decisions
- Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic in a timely and consistent manner
- Maintain and track sales activity, pipeline, and customer interactions within CRM systems
- Build relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
- Work toward and achieve sales goals and performance expectations
Qualifications - Previous experience in sales, customer service, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Backgrounds in retail, hospitality, or other high-interaction environments are a strong fit
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Motivated to grow income and develop within a performance-based role
