RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life
  • Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a new vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
  • Spending time with clients to determine their needs and advise vehicle options and pricing
  • Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
  • Working with the Sales Management team to provide quotes and explain financing options
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
  • Use the CRM to follow up with prospective client customers, set appointments, answer leads, follow up on portfolio and return email / voicemail throughout the day
  • Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new vehicles
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
  • Bring your 'A game' along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day
  • Performs other administrative duties as assigned by management
  • Maintains high ethical standards in all actions
  • Always maintains professional appearance

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of automotive sales experience
  • Highline dealership experience a plus
  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends
  • Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
  • Ready to waste no time on learning product ins and outs, eager to improve
  • Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
  • CDK experience a plus
  • Ability to drive manual transmission preferred
  • Excellent follow through and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail

COMPENSATION:

The Sales Associate Position has a Monthly Pay Range of $2,929.33-$12,000. Pay Scale consisting of the following elements. Wages includes a Base hourly compensation and may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
  • Monthly Pay Range: $2,929.33 - $12,000. This position pays hourly plus monthly commission. We are a drug free environment. As part of our hiring process, we conduct a post-offer background check and drug screening.
