Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assist the sales team in closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful transactions.
  • Work effectively with finance, billing, and service departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Provide the sales department with top-tier customer service, strengthening client relationships.


Leadership & Growth:
  • Coach, train, and develop team members to maximize potential and create a strong dealership culture.
  • Meet and surpass quotas and projections on a regular basis, driving sales performance.
  • Foster positive working relationships with employees, finance lenders, manufacturers, and vendors, maintaining ethical leadership.


Strategic & Operational Contributions:
  • Collaborate with the general manager to manage new and used vehicle supply, quickly addressing over-aged inventory.
  • Help generate new customers and retain existing ones using past sales history, dealer advertising strategies, and promotions.
  • Participate in monthly dealership meetings, forecasting expenses, profits, and operating costs for the sales department.
  • Ensure proper documentation and maintain impeccable record-keeping for business accuracy.
