Responsibilities- Establish, engage, and motivate the F&I team to achieve performance expectations.
- Drive the business through a high level of involvement in the day-to-day operations, including support to the Sales team in structuring transactions.
- Provide sales consultants and managers with current information on finance and lease programs.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with all lenders, including the manufacturer.
- Understand and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations while conducting business in an ethical and professional manner.
- Acquire and maintain a current state insurance license, completing continuing education as needed.
- Ensure timely funding for all contracts and control contracts in transit; obtain resolutions for all returned contracts.
- Provide Sales Consultant training regarding the benefits of financing, insurance, and extended service programs.
- Coordinate finance forecasting with sales department forecasting to achieve desired levels of penetration and income.
- Work closely with GSM to establish sales department goals and objectives
- Conduct frequent deal audits to ensure compliance
- Providing an exceptional customer experience to build relationships and drive loyalty
Requirements- 3-5 years of Automotive Finance Management experience
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred but not required
- Experience with developing, mentoring, and training a successful team
- Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test
- Must have a valid driver's license
