About the job you're considering We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to lead testing activities across multiple projects and drive automation testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test automation, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, quality assurance processes, and team leadership. The role involves defining testing strategies, overseeing test execution, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Your role - Lead end-to-end testing activities, including test strategy, planning, execution, defect management, reporting, and release sign-offs.
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance automated testing frameworks and test suites for UI, API, and integration testing.
- Drive test automation adoption to improve test coverage, efficiency, and overall software quality.
- Manage GitHub repositories and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.Support build validation, deployment testing, release management, and continuous integration initiatives.
- Lead and mentor QA and Automation Engineers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, training, and resource planning.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project managers to ensure quality objectives and project deliverables are met.
- Monitor testing metrics, perform root cause analysis, ensure compliance with QA standards, and drive continuous process improvements across testing and release cycles.
Your skills and experience - Minimum 10 years' experience in test management, including test strategy, test planning, estimation, execution, defect management, and release sign-off.
- Hands-on expertise in test automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
- Proficiency in API testing using Postman, REST Assured, and integration testing methodologies.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks and automated test suites.
- Strong knowledge of GitHub, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
- Programming experience in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#, along with SQL and database testing skills.
- Proven ability to lead functional, regression, integration, system testing, and UAT support activities in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Demonstrated team leadership and stakeholder management skills, including mentoring QA teams, conducting code reviews, resource planning, and driving continuous quality improvements.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $73,150-174,000.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
