In this key role, you will act as a technical leader responsible for operational performance, resource development, and the quality of the solutions delivered. You'll be involved in both hands-on work and strategic initiatives: estimating, coaching, project supervision, planning, continuous improvement, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the director and contribute to the annual strategic plan while helping structure, improve, and deploy our automation and electrical engineering offering
  • Support the sales team with technical qualification, proposal preparation, and project cost estimation
  • Oversee projects from design to commissioning, ensuring quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction
  • Improve processes, tools, and work methods while planning capacity and optimizing resource utilization
  • Guide, motivate, and develop the team through involvement in hiring, performance management, and skills development
