- Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous, efficient, end-to-end quality engineering function using modern quality processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Develop and implement innovative test automation strategies that improve control, accuracy, integrity, and overall quality outcomes.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and automated test suites using Selenium Automation and related tools.
- Apply predictive and intelligent testing approaches by leveraging automation, analytics, and emerging testing products and solutions.
- Mentor and guide team members on test automation best practices, quality engineering standards, and continuous improvement methods.
- Analyze current testing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and streamline operations to increase testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on quality objectives, deliverables, risks, and timelines across multiple workstreams.
- Manage team priorities, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to complex quality and automation challenges for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative testing methodologies to continuously enhance automation capabilities.
**This role requires being onsite 3 days per week with the client in Plano, TX. There is a 5 days away per quarter mandate as well by the client.**Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering, software testing, or test automation and Banking domain.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading test automation initiatives, automation framework development, or QA automation teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Selenium Automation, including designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Experience with end-to-end testing practices, test planning, test execution, defect management, and quality reporting.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile or iterative delivery environments.
- Associate's Degree.
Preferred Qualifications:''
- Advanced proficiency in Tricentis TOSCA Testsuite for model-based test automation and enterprise test automation delivery.
- Intermediate proficiency or working knowledge of Core Banking applications, processes, and testing considerations.
- Experience implementing continuous testing practices within CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of quality engineering principles, automation maturity models, and test optimization techniques.
- Experience coaching teams, managing testing priorities, and influencing quality decisions across multiple teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to operate as a subject matter expert.
