Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in software development, particularly with Python and backend technologies.
• Proven hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, specifically with Vertex AI.
• Strong SQL skills, preferably with BigQuery.
• Experience in building APIs and implementing AI solutions, particularly in chatbots or LLM applications.
• Knowledge of supply chain or transportation domains such as logistics or shipment visibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate AI agents and chatbots with various tools and services.
• Build efficient multi-step workflows and orchestrate agent actions using Python or similar languages.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on solutions using Agent Studio or equivalent tools.
• Convert proof of concepts into production-grade services on GCP using Cloud Run or GKE.
• Ensure integration with Vertex AI, BigQuery, and other enterprise systems is seamless and effective.
• Implement robust access controls, monitoring, and other guardrails for deployed agents.
• Optimize performance metrics such as latency, cost, and reliability of AI solutions.
