Key Responsibilities
• Define and implement comprehensive Test Strategies, Test Plans, and Quality Assurance frameworks for Salesforce applications and integrated platforms.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
• Ensure testing coverage across Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrated systems.
• Develop detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts aligned to business requirements.
• Execute Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).
• Lead automation strategy and framework implementation across Salesforce applications.
• Manage automated test execution pipelines and integrate tests within CI/CD processes.
• Partner with Release Management teams to support deployment validation activities.
• Perform smoke, sanity, and post-deployment verification testing, Validate metadata, configuration changes, integrations, and business workflows following releases.
• Support Copado-based DevOps and deployment processes.
Required Qualifications
• 5-8 years of Salesforce testing experience across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
• Strong experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) and Salesforce test automation.
• Experience in Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD processes.
• Hands-on experience with test management, defect tracking, and release validation.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, workflows, Apex, integrations, and security models.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, Health Cloud Consultant, etc.).
• Copado Robotic Testing Certification.
• Experience with Copado CI/CD, Copado DevOps, and Salesforce Release Management.
• Experience testing MuleSoft, APIs, Healthcare integrations, or enterprise cloud platforms.
• Exposure to Azure DevOps, JIRA, and enterprise test management tools.
Mandatory Skills: Salesforce Functional Testing.
Experience: 5-8 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
