Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in related engineering field preferred.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in automation, robotics, or process engineering in manufacturing preferred.
• Hands-on programming experience with industrial robots, preferably Fanuc.
• Proficiency in developing automation scripts, particularly using Python.
• Knowledge of structured light scanning and metrology tools, including Zeiss software.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and apply engineering principles.
• Experience with SAP, Siemens NX, metal joining processes, and continuous improvement methods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program, validate, and troubleshoot six-axis industrial robots and integrate machine vision systems.
• Design and implement automated processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Analyze manufacturing processes for continuous improvement using engineering tools.
• Support structured light scanning and inspection activities to ensure production accuracy.
• Develop automation scripts for data analysis and consolidation.
• Create process documentation and provide technical guidance to teams.
