Your Opportunity, Your TeamThe Software Engineer supports QVC, and helps build, configure, implement, and support automation solutions across business applications.
You'll work on a broad set of automation technologies, including AI, agentic AI, and robotic process automation. You'll partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, technical teammates, and internal clients to turn needs into well-designed, tested, and supportable solutions.
Where You'll WorkThis role is remote; job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, DE. This role may require you to be on site at our Pennsylvania location as needed.
What You'll Do- Gather and clarify requirements with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and business partners
- Develop, configure, code, and test application solutions with a focus on automation, AI, agentic AI, and RPA technologies
- Contribute to technical design specifications for low to medium complexity work
- Build and support automated testing, deployment, and release activities within the software development lifecycle
- Troubleshoot application, technical, and operational issues and create documentation for installation, support, and end-user guidance
- Participate in design reviews and code reviews, explain technical decisions, and apply feedback to improve solution quality
- Share knowledge with teammates and support upskilling of junior team members
What You'll Bring- 2+ years of related software engineering experience
- Experience developing, coding, testing, and supporting business applications
- Working knowledge of automation technologies, including exposure to AI, agentic AI, or robotic process automation
- Understanding of application development methods, including requirements, design, testing, and support
- Familiarity with Agile delivery and software development lifecycle practices
- Experience contributing to automated testing and release or deployment pipelines
- Experience troubleshooting application or operational issues and documenting technical processes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
