Position Description: We're growing rapidly and are looking for an Automation Engineer who excels in Python, Selenium Automation and Playwright Automation.
This role is open to candidates living in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Wisconsin, Ohio and Louisiana.

Future Responsibilities
• Independently drive automation testing activities across web applications, APIs, and backend systems.
• Design scalable automation solutions, improve test coverage, and support CI/CD driven quality engineering practices
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:• We are looking for a highly capable Automation Engineer, with no less than 4 years of experience, who can independently drive automation testing activities across web applications, APIs, and backend systems.
• Strong automation framework development skills
• Experience working in Agile environment
• Ability to contribute with minimal supervision from day one
• Strong mindset of quality
• Capable of designing scalable automation solutions and improving test coverage
• Experience supporting CI/CD driven quality engineering practices
• 4-8 years of BT/QA Automation experience
• Strong Python and Playwright expertise
• Hands on Selenium framework experience
• Strong SQL and API testing skills
• CI/CD integration experience
• Ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
• Healthcare/Insurance domain experience preferred
• Framework design experience strongly preferred

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $62,900.00 $139,300.00.
