Pay: $104,000 - 156,000

We're looking for a Robotics Automation Advisor-a driven, execution-focused expert who will lead the growth of our robotics portfolio by identifying, developing, and winning transformative automation opportunities.

What You'll Do

Own and Grow the Pipeline
  • Identify, prioritize, and pursue high-value robotics opportunities across strategic accounts and key verticals
  • Proactively hunt for net-new business while expanding existing customer relationships

Develop Winning Strategies
  • Craft and execute sales strategies tailored to complex, long-cycle robotics deals
  • Align solutions with customer business goals, industry trends, and automation needs

Close High-Impact Deals
  • Lead negotiations and guide opportunities from initial engagement through successful close
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the buying journey

Be the Robotics Expert
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) across robotics products, applications, and use cases
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear business value for customers

Collaborate to Win
  • Partner closely with Core Sales teams to expand robotics adoption within existing accounts
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver seamless, high-impact customer experiences

Drive Thought Leadership
  • Deliver webinars, workshops, and industry insights to elevate robotics knowledge internally and externally

Tennant Sales and Service Co. reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualifications of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity. The salary range reflects both entry into the role and future growth. Total Compensation = Base Salary + Benefits
