Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in public accounting or a related field
• Preferred 1 year of supervisory experience
• CPA candidates preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in relevant technology and software
• Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements

Responsibilities

• Supervise all accounting, tax, or audit engagements for clients
• Develop a thorough understanding of client businesses for effective engagement planning
• Ensure compliance with engagement budgets and timelines, explaining variances as needed
• Achieve charge hour goals to meet company performance metrics
• Review and provide guidance on team members' accounting work
• Train and mentor team members to foster professional growth
• Assist in client billing processes alongside senior staff
• Identify a specialization to enhance skills and knowledge
• Engage in practice development activities for potential referrals
• Handle assigned administrative duties and additional responsibilities
