Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10 years of experience in public accounting or related field
• 10 years supervisory experience
• Proficient with relevant technology
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
• Demonstrated client service and leadership skills
• Must possess an active CPA or equivalent certification, preferably with a Master's in Accounting or Taxation

Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with clients, cultivating trusted partnerships
• Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding services for existing ones
• Coach team members in effective business development techniques
• Accountable for direct profit management of the specialty practice
• Oversee planning, marketing, and business development initiatives in a specialized department
• Ensure the team or department meets budgetary goals
• Manage billing processes and ensure prompt fee collection
• Contribute to administrative and operational management of the business unit
• Foster a positive team environment and culture
• Maintain and uphold quality control standards
• Participate in the Senior Operations Management Team
