Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 6 years of experience in public accounting or related field
• 3 years supervisory experience
• Active CPA or equivalent certification
• Ability to manage all aspects of client engagements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
• Proficient use of applicable technology, flexibility for travel based on client needs

Responsibilities

• Focus on meeting all client timelines with a results-oriented mindset
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and investment company owners
• Collaborate with various service lines to create a go-to-market strategy for portfolio company audits
• Understand the private equity and venture capital investment cycle and related exits
• Handle all technical client responsibilities and stay informed on industry trends
• Participate in client development, meetings, and proposals alongside upper management
• Manage multiple client relationships and special projects while leveraging existing connections
• Be prepared to travel to different geographic locations for audits
