Full Job Description
What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a full-time Audiologist in our Urbandale, IA and Adel, IA locations. The hours are Monday - Friday - 9:00AM - 4:00PM. We will consider part- or full-time.

What You'll Do:
  • Join a team of excellence to provide great patient care and be a part of the growth of a thriving hearing practice. We're seeking an exceptional, team-oriented audiologist to join our experienced team and provide excellent and compassionate patient-centered care.
  • Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments to evaluate hearing issues, including follow-up care with patients of all ages.
  • Develop treatment plans and make recommendations and establish realistic expectations with patient's needs.
  • Hearing aid evaluations, fittings, follow ups, and troubleshooting with a variety of hearing aid manufacturers.
  • Maintain all clinical records and reports congruent with clinic protocols and standards, including HIPAA.
  • Provide counseling and education to patients and their families regarding hearing health.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Stay updated on advancements in audiology practices and technologies.
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Community outreach initiatives.
  • You will be given the autonomy to pursue a passion-project that advances audiology in our community, such as working with veterans, tinnitus, balance testing, etc.
