About the JobMedStar Washington Hospital Center Division of Audiology is seeking a qualified Audiologist to join our practice in Washington, DC. This position offers the opportunity to practice with a dedicated and highly trained clinical staff.
We are seeking providers with the following qualifications:- Master's degree in Audiology or AuD is required. New graduates will be considered.
- Licensure as an Audiologist in the District of Columbia.
- Certification by the American-Speech-Language-Hearing Association is required.
Responsibilities of the Provider:- Provide full range of diagnostic audiological and vestibular services to patients, including neonates, with hearing disorders or balance disturbances.
- Evaluate, select and fit patients with cochlear and bone conduction implants, assistive listening devices, hearing aids, and amplification systems.
- Train audiology interns.
