  • Conduct requirements analysis and site surveys for new installations.
  • Design conference room layouts and system configurations.
  • Manage procurement, inventory, and asset tracking for video equipment.
  • Document configurations and maintain system documentation.

Responsibilities

The Video Technician providesadvanced video operations support, ensuring seamless virtual and hybrid conferencing experiences. This role involves maintaining video infrastructure, supporting live events, managing technology refresh initiatives, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate willpossessstrong technicalexpertise, project management skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Video Operations Support

  • Maintain and troubleshoot video conferencing equipment and systems.

Target Salary Range$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual9s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
