THE POSITION

Goldberg Segalla has an immediate opportunity for a Partner to join our Transportation practice in our Philadelphia office. Goldberg Segalla's nationwide Transportation practice group is a full-service legal team focused on all aspects of the trucking, transportation, and logistics industries

THE QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified candidates will have 8+ years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, preparing for arbitrations and mediations. The ideal candidate writes effectively, thinks strategically, is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and has practiced in one or more areas of civil litigation, such as transportation, general liability, and/or insurance defense.
