THE POSITION
Goldberg Segalla has an immediate opportunity for a Retail or General Liability Partner to join our Hartford office.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
Qualified candidates will have 8+ years of trial experience, including managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, preparing for mediations, and appearing in court for hearings and trial proceedings, and must be admitted to practice in Connecticut. The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more areas of civil litigation, such as general liability, product liability, retail, construction, and/or insurance defense. A book of business is preferred, but not required.
