THE POSITION

Goldberg Segalla LLP, a national law firm with more than 20 offices in 11 states, has an immediate opportunity for a General Liability Partner to join us in our Philadelphia office.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified candidates will have 8+ years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations and trial. The ideal candidate is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, possesses a portable book of business, writes effectively, thinks strategically, and has practiced in one or more areas of civil litigation, such as general liability, employment, business and commercial litigation, construction and/or insurance defense.
