Hinman, Howard & Kattell, LLP, a well-established and highly respected full-service law firm, is seeking a talented Trusts & Estates Associate to join our growing practice in our Binghamton, New York office. We are ideally looking for an attorney with 3-5 years of experience, though candidates with other levels of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Practice Focus

The ideal candidate will have experience in:
  • Estate planning
  • Estate and trust administration
  • Elder law
  • Special needs planning

This role includes regular client interaction and collaboration across practice groups. Occasional travel to our branch offices may be required to meet client needs.
