The Salesforce CRM System Administrator manages and optimizes the Firm's Salesforce CRM platform to support marketing, business development, and client relationship initiatives. The Administrator is responsible for system configuration, integration with key business systems, user management, and data integrity, partners with the marketing technology team, business development professionals, and IT to deliver technical solutions that enable efficient client development and marketing campaign execution.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum three to five years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience with a proven track record of system configuration and optimization.
  • Experience in a law firm or comparable services industry preferred.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required.
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM-211) or Platform App Builder preferred.
  • Working knowledge of the varying nature of software projects and capable of working effectively on small, medium, and large projects in a professional services environment.
