We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an
Assurance Senior Associate to join the team in our
Los Angeles office.
CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.
YOUR TEAM.This position will support our
Technology Group that falls within our CHAMP Group. The technology and media industries were founded by innovative visionaries. But turning big ideas into successful businesses requires expertise- whether preparing for a capital raise, capital transaction or negotiating a complex deal structure. CohnReznick provides tax, compliance, transaction planning, and innovation services that drive growth and competitive advantage.
YOUR ROLE. Responsibilities include but not limited to: - Develop detailed engagement work plans, illustrating budgets and schedules
- Develop a thorough understanding of all audit, tax and consulting services provided by the firm, and actively participate in proposals
- In managing a team of staff associates, including interns, provideregular performance coaching and feedback, while developingindividual technical and industry skills.
- Gain the respect and confidence of the CohnReznick team through effective client management, timely and accurate communication, and clear and concisedirection and leadership
YOUR EXPERIENCE. The successful candidate will have: - 3+ years' experience in a reputable public accounting firm
- Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting
- CPA or eligibility to sit for the exam
- Technology or Commercial industry experience a plus
- Knowledge of audit software CCH Engagement or other software a plus
- Exceptional organizational, communication and presentation (verbal and written) skills

California, the salary range for
Assurance Senior Associates is $80,000 - $120,000. Salary determination will vary based on factors such as a candidate's geographical location, qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies.
