We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an
Assurance Manager to join the
Consumer, Hospitality and Manufacturing Practice in our
Dallas office.
CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to alternate time between both remote and office. YOUR TEAM. This position will support our
CHAMP (Consumer Hospitality Manufacturing Practice) Industry Group. Aligning yourself to this industry group allows you to work with clients driving community development, addressing inequities, and propelling the industry forward with market-leading technologies and processes designed to better serve the people who live, work, and trust within their spaces.
YOUR ROLE. Responsibilities include but not limited to:- Serve as the Engagement Manager on specific client accounts, taking responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, final deliverable development, and billing and collections.
- Develop a detailed engagement work plan, illustrating budgets and schedules. Monitor project status against the work plan and communicate schedule adjustments to CohnReznick management.
- Develop a professional relationship with the client. Gain the respect and confidence of the client by consistently demonstrating supreme customer service, quality work products, and professional integrity.
- Serve as the prime point-of-contact to the client. Ensure that the client is fully informed of engagement progress and logistics.
- Gain the respect and confidence of the CohnReznick team through effective client management, timely and accurate communication, and clear and concise team direction.
- Prepare timely and accurate bills for professional services rendered.
YOUR EXPERIENCE. The successful candidate will have:- 5+ years of work experience in another public accounting firm
- Bachelor's Degree and active CPA required
- Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of audit software such as CaseWare or ProSystem FX
- Exceptional organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills
