What You'll DoThe Associate Wealth Advisor supports advisors and clients by helping provide personalized wealth management solutions and ensuring a high-quality client experience. You will combine financial planning, investment analysis, relationship management, and operational support.
- Assist Lead Wealth Advisors in managing client relationships and delivering comprehensive wealth management services
- Prepare financial plans, retirement projections, cash flow analyses, and estate planning summaries using firm approved planning software
- Participate in client meetings by preparing agendas, gathering documentation, taking notes, and assisting with follow up items
- Analyze client financial data and provide recommendations to support investment, retirement, tax, and estate planning strategies
- Monitor client portfolios and assist with investment reviews, rebalancing, and implementation of advisor recommendations
- Collaborate with custodians, attorneys, accountants, and other professional partners to facilitate client needs
- Respond to client inquiries and service requests
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory and firm requirements
- Support business development efforts through prospect meeting preparation, presentation materials, and follow up activities
- Stay current on financial planning concepts, investment strategies, and industry developments
What You'll Bring- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, investment advisory, or financial services
- CFP designation completed, in progress, or willingness to pursue
- Working knowledge of financial planning concepts, investment management principles, and retirement planning strategies
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client service mindset
- Experience with financial planning and CRM software such as eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- FINRA Series 7& 66 license or ability to obtain within 6 months

- Base salary of $85,000-$105,000 plus discretionary bonus (exact base salary amount will be dependent on experience)
