AI First Marketing Adobe Platform Strategic Leader at Perficient, your primary mission is to drive demand creation and revenue by developing Go-To-Market offerings in partnership with our Strategy and Industry experts. This executive-level role is ideal for a customer experience-savvy Digital Experience Platform expert with deep knowledge of Adobe's internal sales motions, product capabilities, and AI/ML priorities. You will be responsible for positioning Perficient as a go-to partner within Adobe, influencing Adobe field teams, and securing joint opportunities that align with Adobe's strategic goals. A key focus of this role is fostering high-impact customer engagement and actively working to create and close new business opportunities in collaboration with Adobe and Perficient sales teams
ResponsibilitiesPartner Sales & Relationship Growth- Build and grow strategic relationships with Adobe field sellers, and industry teams.
- Sell Perficient's Adobe capabilities, aligning with their solution priorities and co-sell initiatives.
- Influence Adobe account teams to include Perficient in customer opportunities and partner-led engagements.
- Represent Perficient in Adobe partner programs, advisory boards, and strategic planning sessions.
- Engage directly with customers alongside Adobe and Perficient teams to understand business needs, present tailored solutions, and drive deal closure.
Go-to-Market Execution- Collaborate with Perficient's internal sales, marketing, and delivery teams to create Adobe-aligned offerings and campaigns to create demand.
- Drive Adobe services pipeline creation and acceleration.
- Lead customer-facing initiatives, including workshops, executive briefings, and solution demos, to accelerate new business acquisition.
AI & Innovation Leadership- Position Perficient's AI and machine learning capabilities as a differentiator in Adobe conversations.
- Stay current on Adobe AI/ML capabilities and align offerings accordingly.
- Develop and share Adobe thought leadership content that resonates with Sales, Digital Strategy, and Industry teams and their customers.
Qualifications- 15+ years in consulting with specific expertise in digital experience platform strategy and implementation.
- 10+ years of experience working directly with Adobe products. Multiple certifications preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in GTM development and sales engineering support.
- Familiarity with Adobe AI/ML services and how they apply to enterprise use cases.
- Proven ability to influence Adobe field sales teams that lead to partner-sourced pipeline.
- Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing joint go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Strategic thinker with a strong grasp of customer experience and technology trends and enterprise buying behavior.
- The ability to demonstrate previous success in Adobe Services demand creation.
