Over time, once the team lead is comfortable that the investment process has been properly learned and practiced, a specific sector will be assigned for direct coverage for ongoing duties.

The CIBC Core Growth Team investment strategies are focused on All Cap Core, All Cap Growth, and Large Cap Growth with AUM exceeding $5 billion. This is a new team at CIBC, and you will be part of a growing equity franchise that was recently established at CIBC in March of 2026. This role will be on-site in Boston, but will also include research and client travel needs.
