Overview:We are seeking an experienced and highly organized project and event manager with 6+ years of experience leading strategic event and cross-functional project management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can confidently manage multiple priorities at once, has strong management experience and knows when to step in, problem-solve, and delegate effectively to keep projects moving forward.
What you'll be doing:- Support day-to-day management of 3-4 Account Executive-to-AVP level team members, including assigning work, reviewing deliverables, providing feedback, and helping prioritize workloads to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Serve as a mentor and resource for junior team members by assisting with training, onboarding, professional development, and problem-solving, while fostering a collaborative, reliable, and accountable team environment.
- Partner with leadership to track project progress, communicate team updates, identify process improvements, and help drive efficient execution across client and internal initiatives.
- Help lead operational logistics for key marquee events, including acting as a point of contact for client communications, ensuring all private events, attendees, and relevant details are tracked accurately within Prosek's systems and collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet client and senior leadership needs.
- Manage a portfolio of Conference Concierge (CC) clients by supporting account teams and helping to execute strategies outlined by senior leadership.
- Coordinate and manage RSVP process for select events and assist with event logistics-including menu planning, guest communications, run-of-show planning and more, in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Support incoming new business requests by developing proposals, letters of agreement (LOAs), pitch materials, and other client-facing documents.

- Analyze event performance and provide post-event reporting, insights, and recommendations for future improvements

- Demonstrated management experience with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and make decisions confidently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to remain calm, adaptable, and solutions-oriented in high-pressure environments
- Proficiency in project management and event management tools/platforms
- Willingness to travel and support onsite event execution as needed

The anticipated salary range for this position is $115,000-$135,000. An employee's salary is determined by a range of factors including but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is one component of Prosek's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, new business commission, paid time off, and other benefits.
