Associate Veterinarian We are searching for an Associate Veterinarian to join the team at a Small Animal General independently owned veterinary practice. PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS You would be joining a collaborative team of doctors: List number of doctors - Three total doctors including one owner • Compensation $120K - $150K based on experience • PTO - 80 hours plus five paid holidays • Non-compete not required • Support staff ratio 4 to 1 ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Doctor schedule: 10-7 with one hour lunch usually 2:00-3:00 Appointment schedule - typically 20 minutes PTO - 80 hours, plus five paid holiday Week-ends - Sat: 10-7 and Sun: 9-4:30 Overnights - none On-call - none ABOUT THE TEAM Support to doctor ratio 4 - 1 Team meetings - once a month Environment - collaborative, supportive Culture - collaborative/supportive/open door ABOUT THE PRACTICE Location: Pomona is a city in eastern Los Angeles County, California, United States. Also, willing to consider those who enjoy orthopedic procedures as long as they are experienced and do not need mentoring.
