Full Job Description
Quarterly Production Bonus & Up to $75,000 Sign-on Bonus

Description

Corporate? Technically. Corporate-feeling? Not even close.
If you've been avoiding corporate veterinary medicine...we get it.

You became a veterinarian to practice great medicine-not to chase quotas, rush appointments, sit through endless meetings, or have someone hundreds of miles away tell you how to do your job.

That's not us.

Vetco Total Care was founded by veterinarians and built for veterinarians. We believe the people making medical decisions should be...veterinarians.

That's why we're opening this brand-new hospital and looking for Hospital Medical Leaders or Associate Veterinarians to build something different from day one. Build the hospital you've always wanted to work in.

This isn't about stepping into someone else's culture.
It's about creating your own.

You'll hire and mentor your team, shape the medical standards, create a culture people genuinely love, and lead a hospital where exceptional medicine always comes first.
We'll handle payroll, HR, operations, licensing, and administrative support.
You focus on patients. Your team. Great medicine.
Everything else? We've got it.

Here's what "different" actually looks like.
Practice autonomous medicine with support from local Veterinary Area Medical Directors-not cookie-cutter protocols.
No sales quotas. Your success is measured by the quality of care you provide-not how many appointments you squeeze into a day.
Flexibility that actually means flexibility. Want to work full time? Great. Want to work part time? Great. Full-time schedules start at just 30 hours per week because we know life doesn't stop when you leave the hospital.
Leadership development, paid continuing education, and career advancement opportunities.
Open time off.

No negative accruals.
No on-call or overnight shifts.
We close for lunch-and by 6:00 p.m. every night.

The least corporate corporate veterinary hospital you'll ever work in.
We're big enough to offer the support, benefits, technology, and career opportunities you deserve.

We're intentional about making sure it never feels like you're just another employee number.

Our hospitals are built around relationships, collaboration, trust, and giving veterinarians the freedom to practice the medicine they trained for.

No unnecessary bureaucracy.
No micromanagement.
No ego.
Just good people doing great work together.

A great hospital starts with a great team.
We know exceptional medicine depends on exceptional support.

That's why we're committed to building a collaborative hospital with:
  • Strong doctor-to-support-staff ratios.
  • Credentialed veterinary technicians and skilled support staff.
  • Ongoing technician training and continuing education.
  • A team-first approach where everyone is encouraged to grow their skills.
  • Bonus opportunities that benefit the entire hospital team.
