Associate Veterinarian to join our team in
Phoenix, Arizona. This opportunity is ideal for veterinarians seeking a flexible, family-friendly schedule while continuing to practice high-quality medicine in a supportive and collaborative environment.
We welcome veterinarians with hands-on clinical experience, including doctors early in their careers who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced small animal practice.
Schedule & Work-Life BalanceWe are currently seeking a veterinarian who can provide coverage approximately 2-3 days per week, ideally including:
- Mondays and Wednesdays: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Every other Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Our hospital is open:
- Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturdays: Half days

Compensation & BenefitsBenefits are available for veterinarians working 30 hours or more per week.
Compensation- Competitive base salary: $120,000-$150,000, depending on experience and schedule

QualificationsRequired- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college of veterinary medicine, or equivalent certification for international graduates
- Successful completion of the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE)
- Active Arizona veterinary license in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date
Preferred- Experience utilizing digital radiography, dental radiography, and in-house diagnostics
- Experience in small animal general practice, urgent care, or companion animal medicine
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach to medicine
