Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Systems Engineern to join our Integrated Communication System team. You will work closely with experienced engineers to support the design, development, and testing of advanced communication systems. This is a unique opportunity to gain practical experience and expand your knowledge in systems engineering within a leading technology company.

Essential Functions:
  • Assist in the design and development of integrated communication systems, including requirements analysis, system architecture, and component selection.
  • Participate in system integration and testing activities, including creating test plans, executing tests, and documenting results.
  • Support the development and maintenance of system documentation, including system specifications, interface control documents, and design reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and network engineers, to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of communication systems.
  • Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve system issues.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by contributing to process enhancements and best practices in systems engineering.

Qualifications:

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $71,000.00 - $132,000.00 . This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including relocation stipend, 401(k), EAP, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
