- Promo Execution: Implement site-wide and targeted promotions (sales, bundles, gift-with-purchase, limited releases) - including scheduling, banner/asset placement, and QA across desktop and mobile.
- JIRA Board Management: Own and maintain the merchandising JIRA board - logging tickets, tracking status, flagging blockers, and keeping cross-functional partners aligned on timelines.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site audits to catch broken links, pricing discrepancies, out-of-stock display issues, and other merchandising errors before they impact the customer experience.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate with counterparts from Merchandising, Marketing, Creative and Tech daily to support campaign launches, product priorities and UAT as necessary.
- Launch Support: Assist with new product launches and campaign go-lives, ensuring all site elements are in place and tested prior to launch.
