About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced
Associate Sales Support professional to join our team. In this role, you'll help keep our sales operations running smoothly by supporting the sales team, managing customer information, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal departments. What You'll Do- Support the sales team with quotes, proposals, contracts, and customer documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales data in the CRM system.
- Prepare reports, track sales performance, and assist with forecasting.
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure orders and customer requests are handled efficiently.
- Respond to customer and internal sales inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
What We're Looking For- 2+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or a similar role.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
Compensation & Benefits- Pay: $42.00-$50.00 per hour
- Annual Salary: $87,360-$104,000
