Target Range:
$110,000.00/Yr. - $130,000.00/Yr.
Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

This is a commission eligible role.

About This Job
The Associate Relationship Manager supports the development, management, and growth of vendor financing relationships across assigned market segments. Working closely with Relationship Managers and internal business partners, this role assists with transaction coordination, vendor support, pipeline management, and sales initiatives while developing a strong foundation in equipment finance, credit, and relationship management.

The Associate Relationship Manager serves as a key liaison between vendors and internal teams, helping ensure a high-quality customer experience and efficient execution of financing transactions. This position offers a growth path into a Relationship Manager role through increased responsibility and business development exposure.

Responsibilities:
  • Support Relationship Managers in the management and growth of vendor financing relationships
  • Assist with transaction intake, documentation collection, and coordination between Sales, Credit, Operations, Capital Markets, and Servicing teams
  • Prepare transaction summaries, pricing requests, presentation materials, and approval packages
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, sales forecasts, and relationship activity within CRM and internal systems
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding activities, program implementation, and ongoing administrative support
  • Respond to vendor inquiries and assist in resolving operational or transaction-related issues
  • Monitor transactions throughout the underwriting, approval, documentation, and funding processes to help ensure timely execution
  • Participate in vendor calls, meetings, and presentations to strengthen relationships and gain industry knowledge
  • Conduct market, industry, and vendor research to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends
  • Assist with sales campaigns, marketing initiatives, and business development activities
  • Develop a working knowledge of equipment finance products, credit fundamentals, pricing methodologies, and sales processes
  • Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
