Full Job Description

This role is responsible for drivingcenter performance, enrollment, revenue, operational consistency, and parent experience across multiple locations, while directly leading local Center Directors. We are looking for a strong multi-site leader with direct experience in tutoring, test prep, or learning center operations who can balance day-to-day execution with team leadership and business results.

This is ahands-on regional role based in the New York area, with regular on-site presence across multiple centers.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee operations and business performance across three learning centers
  • Directly manage and coach Center Directors at each location
  • Drive enrollment, revenue, retention, staffing, and center KPIs
  • Monitor lead flow, follow-up, conversion, class fill, and overall center productivity
  • Develop and execute action plans to improve center performance and operational consistency
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing on local growth initiatives and enrollment strategies
  • Ensure a strong and consistent parent and student experience across all centers
  • Support escalated parent or customer concerns when needed
  • Strengthen accountability, service standards, and team performance across locations
  • Work closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to support business goals
